Comfy bed, quiet and convenient area, but rooms need rearranging and fixes.
The location of the hotel is quiet but right next to the bus that takes you downtown and across from a mall. Beds were comfy. Top floor was fairly quiet.
- Getting through the hotel with luggage is difficult - there are heavy double doors that are awkward to move a suitcase through. - Shower too small and nowhere to place soaps. - Bathroom very humid, extractor fan may not actually work. - Desk can't be sat at, too squished against the beds. - Curtain placed awkwardly over one of the beds and doesn't close all the way. - Window very drafty and does not close all the way. - Poor sound insulation, can hear neighbors talking at a normal volume. - Wifi very spotty. Can't work or take video calls while here. - Rarely anyone at the reception desk.
